That's why they all look lifted and bulky when compared to ICE cars. Especially evident on the A6 with the side panels to divide the vertical sections.

@_baldtires "car's proportions look like shit" is actually only true for the Mercedes here. All other's have nice proportions, way better than e.g. a Tesla. Does not mean one has to like the new Ferrari, but still better than any Model 3 or Y.

If you are a legacy car brand--now practically a generation behind the state of the art--the technical reality of full electrification dictates the aesthetics of your vehicles for the worse. Particularly evident on European cars. like go ahead man; paint the rocker panels a darker black, go up another inch in wheel diameter. Your technology sucks, you failed to engineer around it, and now your car's proportions look like shit.
