@ClarionSupport Once again there is a fly-tip in my bin store. It’s no secret which non-tenants use this bin as they kindly leave evidence, yet my rent is going up £15 a week to pay for it and @UttlesfordDC bin crews have to clear it. They are also using resident parking spaces.

You can’t just hang things on lampposts. Even the English flag. Put it on your house or a pole in your garden if you must, but all councils should be following Derby’s lead by removing flags and charging people who put flags on lampposts in the future bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
