@psycho_pomped_ @TheOmniLiberal That a large majority of institutions throughout the world included remote operations after the pandemic.
Thank you.
English

Neither @pxielovee nor her family lawyer, Joan, have bothered to show up physically for any of our depositions, Joan didn’t bother to show up to the evidentiary hearing last year, and now Pxie and her lawyer aren’t even going to physically show up to the hearing next week.
Amazing that she scammed her followers on Twitter for $50,000 and hasn’t been taking any part of this case seriously the entire time. Why file a federal case here in Florida if you have zero intention of following through on any of it? Aren’t you supposed to be going to law school?
What a joke.

English

@wandarah @TheOmniLiberal That this is a very common occurrence throughout the pre-trial process. Saying “they’re not taking it seriously” is silly as most courts use a virtual/in-person mix. There will be another counsel present, in-person, at the hearing alongside this co-counsel attending remotely.
English

@psycho_pomped_ @TheOmniLiberal What the fuck do you think your point is you fucking idiot.
English

@JamesFl92169926 @TheOmniLiberal Contingent on what not being the case?
It’s silly to say remoting into hearings is “not taking the case seriously”. There will be another counsel present at the hearing. This is also a hearing, not a trial. Stakes are not as high yet.
English

@psycho_pomped_ @TheOmniLiberal Point to where he said anything contingent on this not being the case. Until you've done that, no, it doesn't help.
English

@brawhammer @TrynaFarm I do care about the truth, and this is an extremely common occurrence for civil and criminal proceedings. You don’t have to fight for misinformation.
English

@brawhammer @TrynaFarm I truly do not care who fucked who. What I find alarming is misinterpreting a very normal motion for a very common occurrence in the court system as them…not taking the case seriously? All to drive engagement and galvanize his audience further.
English

@frumpersby @TheOmniLiberal What’s more disingenuous: Framing a motion for co-counsel to attend remotely and muted (commonplace within the US court system) while the other plaintiff’s attorney will still be attending the hearing (not a trial) in person as slighting the system; or me calling it out?
English

@psycho_pomped_ @TheOmniLiberal Don't be a disingenuous little shit. Hope that helps.
English

@TrynaFarm Perhaps Mr. Bonnell intentionally omits facts and misconstrues language to farm engagement and intimidate/fluster the other parties. Hope this helps.
English

@TrynaFarm @TheOmniLiberal Joan S. Peters is co-counsel. There will be another attorney present at the hearing as plaintiff’s counsel. Hope this helps. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…

@notsoErudite @TheDemocrats The power you are hoping to wield is dying. Lashing out at those expressing alternatives, while providing no solutions, is destroying your movement further. Offer a position instead of bashing someone who was litigated in front of the nation, using your talking points, and “won”
English

This is who @TheDemocrats are humming and hawing about being in the tent for Democracy.
He agitatively, welcomingly, wants democracy to die and a communist regime to take its place.
Like all the worst communist regimes, its being led by a larping bourgeois male.

English

@TheOmniLiberal @pxielovee Is the Judge trolling at this point?
He granted their Motion but is specifying they will have to be on mute and just sit there and listen?
I find this interesting - indicates he is not interested in their bs.

@LemonLi92541098 @punishedsheev @TheOmniLiberal We can’t get EXTREMELY centrist-liberal policies enacted due to the presence of profit for the government and corporate elites. Shit that’s considered radical over here has been done in liberal European countries for decades atp
English

@LemonLi92541098 @punishedsheev @TheOmniLiberal We could tear down nimby laws to seize federal land. Actually tax assets instead of letting the rich buy-loan-die. There are so many policies we can enact that would help the people, which will ultimately help the rich too. Having a healthy/housed workforce is in their interests.

English

@MrOdo6 @TheOmniLiberal Yes they’re both in the shitter due to lack of regulation and the increasing disparity between the classes. I’m confused.
English

@psycho_pomped_ @TheOmniLiberal You know you could Google for yourself "impact on private investment on housing costs" "economic growth United States"
English

@treeaston how the fuck do you work at a thinktank while having no substantial thoughts? your head is up Washington’s ass.
English

@TheOmniLiberal Steven, do you still think that this is still a salient issue? I fear there are more important things happening in the world than someone you fell out with years ago having a bad clip. Developing your own reality will not get us out of our current one.
