It began as malnutrition and anemia… but now doctors are asking for heart scans. They fear there may be a hole in his heart, and his heartbeat is unstable. I am terrified in a way no mother should ever feel. Every moment feels like I’m losing him a little more… and I can’t do anything to stop it. My husband is injured, and I’m carrying all this fear and pain alone. I am exhausted, broken, and barely holding myself together. Please… I’m begging you, don’t leave my child alone in this.
