And let’s not forget that Erika didn’t lie when she said Kathy said homophobic things in Colorado. She’s done a masterful job of PR to create a persona.

@JaysRealityBlog Kim’s my fav and I’ve always dragged Kyle when it comes to this relationship but where is Kathy in all this? She is clearly richer than Kyle why can’t she help Kim out? It seems like Kyle’s been supporting Kim for nearly 2 decades now meanwhile her brother in law is Rick Hilton??

TMZ reports #KyleRichards sued her sister #KimRichards last year in an effort to kick her out of her condo in Encino. Kyle said Kim was living there for years, but she told her to leave in late 2024. In the lawsuit she filed against Kim, Kyle sought possession of the house & wanted $140 per day from her for every day she stayed past her welcome. Kim never responded to Kyle’s lawsuit so a default judgement was entered in March 2025 & Kim was required to surrender possession of the property. The LA County Sheriff’s office tried serving Kim with the judgement in June 2025, but Kim had already moved out & Kyle got possession of the house. #RHOBH

You rarely see state politics like this on the evening news, but this is now a local story with national implications.
There used to be a kind of gentlemen’s agreement in Washington that DC and Maryland were for the Democrats and Virginia was for the Republicans who come from across the country to work in politics. If a divided country *has* to live near the U.S. Capital to represent its citizens, Northern Virginia, despite being blue, was the reasonable option for the right.
Turning Virginia into California on the Potomac sends a clear message: There’s no safe space for the Beltway workers who represent one half of the country —and they’re now going to feel real personal pain for having the audacity to do so.

I was fortunate enough to take a class taught by then Prof. Ryan at UVA Law. Not only is he incredibly intelligent and amongst the finest teachers I’ve ever had, he is also one of the most decent humans I’ve ever met. UVA is lucky to have him and these attacks are just so wrong.
