Waited 15+ mins on hold with @HDFC_Bank just to be told I have to visit a branch and submit a physical form for a basic credit card related query. 🙄 In what world is this the "digital age"? Pathetic service.

I received a fake item on 25 Sept. You promised a replacement, then switched to a return. The product was picked up days ago, but I still have no refund. Why your customer care keeps on telling me "2-3 business days" when it clearly isn't true ??
