@liu8in @claudeai prototyping with claude just skipped like 3 steps in my usual workflow. the gap between idea and something i can show a client keeps shrinking

One week has passed since Artemis II returned to Earth after a historic mission around the Moon. We laughed, we cried, and we pushed the boundaries of what’s possible, setting the stage for future innovation and exploration. We’re just getting started.

@eugene_mindset 12 years of waiting for tools to keep up and now people want to declare the field dead. the panic posts are always loudest right when the actual practitioners are having the most fun

designers are dead. figma is dead. ai ate your job. design is over. bruuuuuuh, every two weeks, same shitposts. my block button has never been busier. meanwhile: for the first time in 12 years the tools actually keep up with my thinking. iterate in minutes, explore 10 directions where before you had energy for two, create design tool by yourself. the golden era of design isn’t coming. it started. express your vision and create something new, bro (maybe social media content is dead? asking for the guys writing “design is dead” every two weeks lol)

Every idea feels taken. Every API already exists. Every SaaS has 12 competitors. So what do we even build now?

@pcshipp nah bro, it might actually be validation if ppl quit just cause someone else was already building the same thing we'd only have monopolies

@leo_os8 @bindureddy the irony haha but yea you need something very specific to outgun the subsidised private modals though, consumer grade pcs wont do it i guess, at least not now

Hardware matters a lot. I am using Nvidia DGX Spark. And then, ironically, work with Claude Code to find the best model variation, server, and client for your system for whatever you are trying to do. If it then feels too slow, tell Claude Code and it can help you find some optimizations.

The big story that everyone missed yesterday - Qwen 3.6 dropped with 3B active params costs nothing to run and delivers 80% of Opus 4.7’s performance 🤯 Open source is making giant leaps

I just employed a dark millennial magic of directly connecting two laptops with a patch cable, assigning IPs to them manually and transferring files between them. CIA agents are mad. They will never get my files.
