One of our proudest moments in 2025 was seeing Mirai Bajo come to life as a regenerative destination activation — aligning culture, community livelihoods, institutional collaboration, and long-term stewardship in Labuan Bajo. Over five days, we convened 150 attendees, engaged 15 cultural communities, and activated living heritage in one of Indonesia’s emerging regional destinations. Developed in collaboration with @AUBMediterraneo and @ekraf_ri of Indonesia, the initiative offered a replicable model for destination stewardship.
