Had a surprise watching Masterchef Professionals. Chefs are usually from towns I haven't visited, but this time I got to see Chef Patron Ayesha of Queen of Cups, Glastonbury. It's a hugely popular Middle Eastern place full of personality: I'm not surprised Ayesha's smashing this.
