@QuestDX it seems as if previous my post had disappeared. My bills are being sent to my insurance as “corrected” This is keeping my insurance from pricing therefore never getting paid. This has been going on for over a year. At least 9 incidents. Where do I go from here?

@QuestDX have been trying to get a billing issue corrected since 12/18/25 and is still not fixed. Very poor customer service.

@QuestDX - here’s a tip, when you have an elderly woman, 1 week out from knee replacement coming in for an x-ray, you don’t just walk over & yank her leg further back because you don’t think it’s bent enough! And you certainly don’t then snap at her “I know you’re in pain, but you need to stay still” Sad that the doctors’ office staff apologizes on her behalf because it’s a “known issue” & their complaints go without response. They suggested we call the main branch at the hospital, but we all know that’ll go nowhere. Send the bill to collections, because you won’t be seeing a dime.
