@ChickfilA you should really have the mobile pickup line include @doordash & @UberEats I'm trying to make money and I'm sitting in a 15 minute line, 10 cars in front of me, no one's in the mobile line & the employee refused to bring me the food unless I sat in the regular line



@ubereats_uk Your online "Help" is ignoring that our order was unsealed when it arrived. The driver's journey history will show how long it took for him to get here and how long he stopped for. This is a serious food safety/tampering issue.



@Instacart @UberEats I placed an order on Instacart restaurant delivery and was sent someone else’s order and when i tried reporting it was automatically denied a refund without the ability to even speak to a human being. It was a$30 order! I need a refund or my correct order



@UberEats absolutely shocking service!! Orders 2hrs over and not here. Called 80 times but no answer but cant speak to anyone at uber!! Just keeps sending me to the stupid ai bot thats says NOTHING




@ubereats_uk My account was wrongly put on hold for allegedly missing a background check deadline, which is false. First Advantage confirmed it was submitted on time. Support has been inconsistent and unhelpful—I have proof. Legal action is the only way you can speak with them.
