The entire city of Hoboken, with a population of 60,000, fits within two highway interchanges, an indoor mall, office parks, and commercial strip malls in Louisville. Different growth patterns in cities result in drastically different outcomes.

The Pan Am building heliport had an accident that killed 4 people, so they closed it. Also note that the heliport was deeply unpopular and lost money.
