@QVC @USPS @USPSHelp @UPS my package said it was delivered and I didn't receive it...said it was left on the front porch in which I don't and there are no pictures to prove the pgk was delivered. I live in a small town the USPS mail carrier knows where to leave my package help!

@QVC Your hosts are telling customers they can get 15% off when using a code and their Q card; however, they aren't explaining that there are exclusions. Most of those exclusions are the items being offered for sale (i.e. sale, clearance, etc.) and the code doesn't work.
