@r_co @Qantas Ross how did you make a formal complaint? I’ve been waiting for a response since May regarding my lost luggage and am out thousands. I’ve emailed, called and tweeted only daily to be told someone will get back to me (if they respond at all)

Hey @Qantas! I gave you thousands for a flight and am being told that whilst you’ve taken my money, you can’t give me my ticket/receipt for 24 hours. Can you explain to me why I shouldn’t be calling the police and reporting theft? How do I know the goods will arrive?

@r_co @Qantas I’m having the same issue, except when I rang to request a receipt they cancelled our entire trip! Now they’re “having trouble” rebooking it because the same fares aren’t available anymore
