@bluehost will lose us as a client once our service terms have ended. Bluehost had a malfunction with Cloudfare that has caused our website to be down for two days now. You pay these companies for them to not care about their mistakes. You’re just a number not a customer.

NEVER use @bluehost for your hosting, domains, or anything. Their support is absolutely terrible… “Joy”, one of their employees is incredibly rude and lacks any sort of professionalism

I am up again into the wee hours of the morning dealing with @bluehost's absolutely terrible speeds, while @bluehostsupport acts like a robot trying to sell me the thing that "will definitely solve your problem". What else is everyone doing hosting-wise these days for WP?

I tried to call but was redirected to sales. The sales operator gave me the billing phone number 844-460-5821, but it said my account wasn't recognized; incidentally it answered as @bluehost
