@HostGator for the past 4 months my website was offline for about 7 days, the Brazilian branch of Hostgator sadly it’s terrible, I'm just a few hours from completing 48 hours offline. Seems nobody cares, never had a server provider like this. It takes days to get the website on

@HostGator @HGSupport my server has been down for 6 Day now the thing is your team locked out the server ports due recent cpanel issue, but till now I didn't get any followup or solution from your team they tell me to wait for 24-48 hr everyday and then give no reply

I've been on two chats and three calls. I did get chat transcripts, but no emails with any information at all about how long I will be waiting. Not sure how sending you my information will help. I do know that tomorrow morning I'll be talking to my boss about KnownHost and InMotion as our new host. I'm hoping you will help make migration as easy as possible.

Zero e-mails updating the situation, daily support chats (whose transcripts are emailed), multiple PM with you on this platform...and nothing. It is time for HG to begin providing real answers beyond cut-and-paste ones.

@choldgraf @bluehost I know this is an old post, but did you resolve this issue? @bluehost purchased Host Monster a few years ago and migrated us automatically with Word Press Plus and other services turned on, which we didn't realize until just today. Major financial burden for us right now.😵

Wow @bluehost charged my credit card $350 in an auto-renew for wordpress hosting I haven't used in almost a decade, and refused to refund any of it because the 2 year service has technically already begun. This is 4x more than I'd ever paid before too. What a hostile company.

@bluehost is by far THE WORST web hosting service on planet earth. If @NewfoldDigital has any sense, they either clean up the problems or sell it to some sucker. What Bluehost is doing in my case has reached a criminal level of dishonesty and lack of access FTC Act Section 5
