I want to start a community dedicated to Claude Code.
It’s become the gateway drug to coding and experiencing the power of AI for tons of people.
This will be a space for people to share killer use cases, agentic workflows, proven prompts, and connect with other CC obsessives.
Comment “Claude” if you want to join.
This is what happens when 2 of the best puzzle games on iOS and #MetaQuest have a baby 😅
I am talking about #MonumentValley and @CubismVR .
This is Runaria, one of the submissions to the Meta Horizon Start Competition.
The gameplay is elegant and doesn't need any explanation (a HUGE plus for me), and is wrapped up in a minimalistic package with polished interactions.
When looking deeper, 3 things convinced me about its potential:
- It could scale easily into a fully fledged experience with more complex levels and "modifiers"
- With some tweaks, I could see this running easily on #augmentedreality glasses: 3D adds value to the experience, interactions are simple and it looks super light to run on a mobile device.
- The "thumb swipe" is such a powerful interaction and I wonder how else it could be used.
The level of the projects in this competition is super high. It is going to be tough to pick the winners.
Have you also submitted? Drop the devpost link in the comments I would love to check it out.
@iruletheworldmo new nano banana is absurd. they packed a crazy reasoning model inside of that thing. anyone who hasn't played around with its reasoning capabilities in the form of images really should.
living in a strange world where i now don't use a single openai product somehow. kinda wild.
After 25 years teaching CCNA, I've seen instructors waste countless hours creating labs, only to find errors in class 😓
So I built NetGenius Instructor Copilot for #CloudRunHackathon:
- Google ADK orchestrates 4 AI agents
- Cloud Run Jobs validate labs using real network simulations
- Gemini 2.5 Flash powers all agents
- 2-4 hours → 5-10 minutes
No more broken labs! ✅

This might be a stupid question but does everyone see the same moon at night? Like when I look up tonight it is a small sliver is that how it is for everyone?
@levelsio@PSaezT Native Spanish speaker here 🙋🏻♂️. If I happen to have a question and someone asks me “do you have any questions?”, the natural response would be “yes”. What am I missing?
Learning Portuguese I come across so many weird things
One is that when you're talking to Brazilians or Portuguese, like when buying a service from them, even if they speak English at the end they will ask
"Do you have any doubts, Pieter?"
And I'm like, what the F do you mean doubts? If was doubtful why would I be talking to you????
Doubts is negative in English and is more about uncertainty than having further questions
But then it IS the literal translation of duvidas, which does mean doubts, but also just means questions, as in the FAQ page on Brazilian websites is literally titled "Doubts" / "Duvidas"
I myself use "questions" which is "preguntas" in Portuguese, closer to English I think
I then continue on to wonder how language affects culture, because I know it does, and in this case having doubts mean questions and vice versa, might imply a culture that's doubtful/uncertain/insecure about everything?
Who knows???
@gregisenberg I did the same three years ago after a liquidity event. It was, coincidentally, during the last crypto bear market which means I could have bought ~10 BTC instead (now worth more than $1M). But I still believe it was 100% worth it, for the same reasons you just mentioned.
"BuT iT mAkEs MoRe SeNsE tO kEeP tHe MoRtGaGe AnD iNvEsT"
yeah i know. 5% mortgage, 9% s&p returns, compound interest, blah blah blah.
the spreadsheet guys will tell you i'm an idiot. that i just threw away 4% annually. that compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world.
it's not rational. i just hate owing money.
i've always been this way. debt feels like a weight on my chest. doesn't matter if it's "good debt" or tax-advantaged or whatever. it's still debt.
my bank account is smaller now. my runway is shorter. by every financial metric, i made the wrong choice.
but i own my house. like, actually own it. no bank has a claim. no payment due on the 1st. if everything crashes tomorrow, i still have somewhere to live.
is that worth the thousands in lost returns? financially, no. psychologically, absolutely.
sometimes the best financial decision isn't financial at all. it's buying peace of mind. it's removing that tiny voice that whispers "you don't really own this" every time you walk through your front door.
and to someone like me that means i feel better about taking bigger bets and helps living a happier life.
and isn't that what a big part of financial freedom is about? a happier life??
the math says i'm wrong. the feeling says i'm right.
and i've learned to trust the feeling.
i paid my mortgage off today. in one shot. thank you internet.
people think you need one massive win. one unicorn exit. one viral moment. but the internet doesn't work like that. the internet rewards consistency.
$500 here. $3,000 there. $10,000 from that random project. keep going. you're founder intuition is growing. compound that over 10 years.
suddenly you're staring at your mortgage balance thinking "i could just... end this right now."
so i did. now, im sitting in this house i actually fully own and i hope it inspires someone to ship something. you could be at your full-time job and launch something this weekend. you could be a student and build between classes. you could be retired and start your first internet business at 65. the internet doesn't check your resume. it just waits for you to show up. and rewards the heck out of you when you do.
the internet is undefeated.
@elonmusk Partner up with whoever owns the rights to KITT and release a Tesla Robotaxi KITT Edition powered by Grok. I would sell a kidney to own something like that.
@thedimitri I love the word butterfly because it’s so different in many languages:
- Spanish: mariposa
- Italian: farfalla
- French: papillon
- Portuguese: borboleta
- German: Schmetterling
@ItsCallumCarver So many bad takes from people that just can’t conceive something like this is possible or even desirable. Nothing trumps a lifetime of mutual personal growth. Going through all of life’s struggles and blessings with the same partner only strengthens the relationship even more.
