FAME-III #LBCT 3VCAD randomized to FFR-guided PCI vs CABG did NOT meet non-inferiority in terms of death, MI, stroke or revasc at 1 year. Low syntax FFR guided PCI was favorable. Bottom line: CABG faired better for complex 3V CAD— More long term follow up data is needed! #TCT2021
