Some facts about them: Most of them ate 2 times a day They did lots of fasting They ate whole foods made at home They were less stressed & less ambitious They were active and walked a lot They were not exposed to EMF / screen time They had less pollution They were at a time when fewer pesticides were used Traditional methods of cooking were prevalent Some facts about you: You eat multiple times a day Fasting is actually feasting You order from Swiggy & zomato You are full of stress and over-ambitious You are sedentary You are full of EMF & high screen time Very high pollution rates Your foods are full of pesticides You eat tons of junk foods and bakery items
