very pathetic service. The website shows demographic update is free but they still charged me. can never go through their call center as the call never connects. Cannot raise a grievance as well as the page refreshes within 4 sec and if you are lucky as hell then there will be no use of it

Tried to update address in aadhar 4 forms filled verified by 1councillor. 2 gt rejected, 1 gt approved. Cnt reach thr no., cnt raise a grievance, the page automatically redirects wthn 4sec. update centre doesn’t exist. @ceo_uidai @UIDAI @narendramodi #@narendramodi. Shame

@rajee2626 Hey Rajeshree, ride passes are rolled out by the system to eligible riders, and manual intervention is not possible in this regard. You shall be notified via email in case you are eligible for a ride pass. Appreciate your understanding.

@Uber_Support I everyday use Uber auto everyday. And day by day my fair is increasing. I believe , being a loyal customer I should be provided with some advantage of pass. Others who do not travel regularly have the advance of pass, wherein a regular used is denied of it.
