I booked #service for two cars @MahindraRise and @TataMotors. Mahindra #koncept picked it up dot on time and @MotorsSagar i had to call tata motors as they skipped it after a system confirmation i got before 2 days. #consumers want to be taken care of :)

Call 1: at 5:30 pm to check for expedite delivery, 199 refunded as it was not possible
Call 2: 10:30 PM as order yet not delivered Aisha promised a refund in an hour
Call 3: 11:30 as i was not able to see any refund
End result: #nothing
