@rajeshls Hi Rajesh, it's possible that the Go already has an account logged in. You should be able to fix this by factory resetting the Go. If you're unsure how to do so, or if it doesn't change anything, please create a ticket with us so we can look into this! support.oculus.com

@ATTCares @ATT first call always goes to VM, second time connects good. Any idea ? Missed an important call. It’s been an issue for almost a year.
