For sure,we are heading towards a one-party rule.The way #Legislature, Executive, #Judiciary & Media are now working, it is undeclared dictatorship in the garb of democracy. Worst is that the misuse of power is unashamed, brazen, insolent and audacious. Is #DEMOCRACY dead?

Congress Spokesperson's suggestion of voter getting VVPAT slip in hand and later drop in box is a bad idea. The current VVPAT system implemented after the land mark judgment of Supreme Court in 2013 (@Swamy39 Vs Election Commission). No voter complained any difference between his vote pressed in EVM and VVPAT slip emerged. And final results declared after 5% random checking of EVMs and VVPAT slips...Always tallied till date. Interestingly Election Commission objected to VVPAT idea suggested by Subramanian Swamy. EC argued (former AG Ashok Desai) - "In Delhi like Metro's it is fine. But in Trivandrum and Chirapunji like remote areas, ink is not available and ink will have problem in remote areas." Hearing this nonsense, Justice Sathasivam said - What are you saying?. We are reserving the Judgment. 😎

But case got collapsed after Sonia Gandhi wrote to President in 1999 to commute Nalini's death sentence to Life sentence. Why she wrote so to favour her husband's killer & President (Read Govt) agreed. (Can wife write such a letter? Is it lelgally valid, as this is not Biblical country or Arab's Blood Money theory not works in India). But President granted reduction of Nalini to life sentence. From there onwards, other accused guys started demanding parity with Nalini. TN Govts many times issued resolutions for their release. Congress Govt 2004-2014 did not execute, BJP Govt also. No Govt objected their petitions for early release ... What human interest to the arranger of 9V Battery to Belt Bomb of LTTE that killed our former Primer Minister of India, beloved Rajiv Gandhi .. 😎

I am very sad to learn that today my friend, political associate and the well informed of politics, G. N. Sridharan passed away to Heaven today in Chennai. My friends and I who knew him for years shall miss him very much.
