It’s like ever since the 2 year mark ended a few days ago the service has gone to shit.

I’m so over @Xfinity @XfinitySupport my work day has been interrupted and I’m behind trying to finish my work because of the slow internet and then in the middle they apparently have maintenance & it won’t come back on for 2 hours. Mind you my 2G service is functioning at 43%…

@NESpower What do you do if the meter isn’t in a place that is safe for you to check on? I have a tree that currently could drop branches in a split second that’s right next to it and would prefer to not risk it.
