غرد الرئيس الفرنسي ايمانييل ماكرون على وفاة سمو أمير قطر الوالد شيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني تلقيت ببالغ الأسى والحزن نبأ وفاة صاحب السمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني. وأتقدم إلى حضرة صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، وإلى الأسرة الكريمة، وإلى الشعب القطري الشقيق، بأصدق مشاعر التعازي والمواساة، مؤكداً لهم وقوف فرنسا والشعب الفرنسي إلى جانبهم وتضامنهما الكامل في هذا المصاب الأليم. لقد كان الشيخ حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني شخصية استثنائية، تركت بصمة راسخة في تاريخ بلاده، وسيظل إرثه حاضراً في الذاكرة. فقد كان رجل دولة ذا رؤية ثاقبة، كرّس حياته لخدمة وطنه وتحقيق تطلعات شعبه، وقاد بعزم وإصرار مسيرة تحديث شاملة لدولة قطر في مختلف المجالات، حتى غدت بلاده شريكاً فاعلاً يحظى بالتقدير والاحترام على الساحة الدولية. وخلال فترة حكمه، أولى الشيخ حمد أهمية خاصة لتعزيز علاقات الصداقة والتعاون مع فرنسا، على أسس من الثقة المتبادلة، بما يخدم رؤية مشتركة إزاء القضايا الإقليمية والدولية. ووفاءً لهذا الإرث، أجدد لصديقي صاحب السمو الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني عزمي على مواصلة العمل المشترك من أجل ترسيخ وتعميق الشراكة الاستراتيجية التي تجمع بلدينا

Son Altesse l’Emir–Père, Cheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al–Thani, s’est éteint aujourd’hui. J’adresse à Son Altesse Cheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al–Thani, à sa famille et au peuple qatarien toutes mes condoléances et l’assurance de mon amitié et de celle du peuple français. Cheikh Hamad a vécu en géant, il devient aujourd’hui une légende. Homme visionnaire au service des aspirations de son peuple, il a été l’artisan inlassable de la modernisation spectaculaire du Qatar dans tous les domaines et a fait de son pays un acteur mondialement reconnu et respecté. Tout au long de son règne, Cheikh Hamad s’est attaché à construire une relation forte et confiante avec la France, au service d’une vision partagée des grands enjeux régionaux et internationaux. Fidèle à cet héritage, je réaffirme à mon ami Cheikh Tamim ma détermination à œuvrer avec lui à l’approfondissement continu du partenariat stratégique qui unit nos deux pays.

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani the Emir father of Emir Cheikh Tamim, has passed away, but he leaves behind a legacy that will remain forever engraved in Qatar’s history. He led a comprehensive renaissance that elevated the country to the ranks of influential nations, laid the foundations of development and modernity, and invested in people, education, and the economy, making Qatar a model of ambition and achievement. May God have mercy on him, reward him for all he gave to his country and nation, and grant the people of Qatar and his honorable family patience and solace.
