The anti–H-1B comments on my last post weren’t surprising.
But the AUDACITY to pressure companies into hiring who you think they should hire? That’s not how this works. This is America.
You don’t get to dictate someone else’s hiring decisions. Don’t like it? Build your own company.
What I still don’t understand is the entitlement.
It’s my company, I decide who to hire based on what’s best for the business. I’ll choose skill, work ethic, and value every single time.
My responsibility is to the health of the company not someone else’s sense of entitlement. If that bothers you, compete.

We paid for our seating for 7 of us to sit together, when our flights got delayed and changed we got screwed. This was 2 weeks ago. So pretty recent.

You should not have to pay extra to comply with airline regulations, those are included in the ticket.
