Illegal alien truck drivers who cannot speak English would not have access to the market place if it were not facilitated by load boards and brokers who refuse to properly vet carriers. Much more profitable to allow as many carriers as possible.

Anyone that has used DAT knows that a signification portion of the postings are ghost loads, hence the reason that DAT’s load to truck ratio data is garbage.

Trucks taken out of service for English Language violations just hit an all time high. 104 trucks per day.

The issue is we literally have no idea who hundreds of thousands of truck drivers are due to the elimination of barriers to entry over the past decade. Organized crime is coordinating illicit activities against our freight networks every single day.

TQL has zero standards. They hired a carrier who has "195 strong links" including one to Sakara LLC. We won't even talk about the OOS scores...But what's more baffling...as a broker, do you not find it strange/perplexing/curious that a company that reports 2 trucks has 562 inspections? Y'all need to go back to the "freight broker school".

I’ve been doing an investigation into how migrants are getting CDLs and driving semi-trucks on U.S. roads and no matter how bad you think it is…it’s way worse. Here's a CDL school running out of Ohio using their graduated students to advertise their program:

Cheating the Hours of Service requirements is only part of the issue. They are siphoning the data and selling it to overseas entities who may not have our countries best interests in mind. This includes the trucks hauling department of war and other government freight.
