Mais um mês se passou e a @vivobr simplesmente colocou minha mãe como sócias de uma empresa que não conhecemos e agora todos os dados de uma empresa X estão visíveis na nossa conta e eles simplesmente não dão a mínima.

Mais uma semana com informação de CNPJs aleatórios vazados numa conta pessoal e a @vivobr simples não tem ideia de como resolver isso. Cada pessoa em um atendimento joga pra outro setor. Se você tem vivo, eu ficaria preocupado(a).

A @vivobr continua conivente com a aparição de dois CNPJs na conta pessoal da minha família. Acesso a todas as informações estão ali abertos pra uma pessoa que não deveria ter acesso. Se você tem vivo, você deveria estar no mínimo preocupado.

@vivobr algo "interessante" e sério aconteceu na conta da minha família. Do nada, 2 contas empresariais apareceram na nossa conta pessoal. Nome da empresa, CNPJ, números, valores pagos, TUDO. Ligamos na central e a explicação foi "falha no sistema". Vocês conseguem ajudar aqui?

@Nike, I thought the “vai brasa” was supposed to be removed from the Brazilian jersey. I tried to call customer service, but they hung up on me. Is that the normal behavior?

@BankofAmerica 1 hour over the phone to talk about a suspicious activity on my credit card. Is that normal? Talked to 3 different people already and they keep transferring me

@askUHC I don’t think I need assistance it’s more about issues in the app; for example, if I mark a claim as paid and close the app; when I open the app again the same claim shows as unpaid 😳

@askUHC, the iOS app has an issue with the claims page. The tab doesn't switch between 'processed' and 'under review'.
