@askUHC I don’t think I need assistance it’s more about issues in the app; for example, if I mark a claim as paid and close the app; when I open the app again the same claim shows as unpaid 😳

@askUHC, the iOS app has an issue with the claims page. The tab doesn't switch between 'processed' and 'under review'.

Hey @MazdaUSA @googlemaps @Apple @AppleSupport , I’m trying to understand where the issue is. Look at the guidance difference between both screens. Head up display showing 0 and the center display showing 0.7. Could someone help me here?

@Garmin Garmin Connect has removed my watch and now won’t connect, I’ve restarted both multiple times but no luck

@Garmin Got it! I already have the FR970, but it doesn't capture very well because it can move position in the middle of the night and stop tracking. What else do you suggest here?

@raphaelfabeni Good morning! For sleep data you can't import this from a third party site to the Connect app. If you don't have tattoos on your wrist you could look at our watch options to record your sleep. -CF

@Garmin Ok! I'm glad I asked before buying it. Is there a way to use a different device and import data into my Garmin account?

@raphaelfabeni Hi! For the Index Sleep Monitor it is recommended to place the device on an arm that does not have tattoos. The ink can block the heart rate sensor's light which can cause inaccuracies or missed readings. -CF

@UHC, it's been 18 days since I received the letter to create my account, but the website and app still don't allow me to do so. I need to schedule appointments, but I can't, and still no answer.

@TeamYouTube Yeah! Still the same. I had another watch before this one and had the same issue. There’s a lot of posts across the web with people with the same issue. No fix found yet

@raphaelfabeni You can try restarting the watch + signing out then back in to your account to see if it fixes the issue. Let us know if you're still having problems after that
