Not approving the Code won't achieve anything in terms of the law. These MPs are either not bright enough to realise they need to advocate for a change in the law to override sex with gender identity, eroding women's and lesbian's protections, or too dishonest to do just that.

Well this is quite the roll of dishonour - MPs who don't understand that the law in question is the Equality Act, as interpreted by the Supreme Court. So who are trying to prevent statutory guidance on that law from being approved, because 🤷‍♀️ edm.parliament.uk/early-day-moti…

This is no way for people to have to get water during a heatwave! Having just had latest meeting with @sewateruk, it's clear that our whole system is creaking under pressure. Time for Governments to remove party politics and work together to build resilience into our water supply
