If you want to lose weight…intermittent fasting is a tool that CAN help you get there If you want to lose weight and maintain as much muscle as possible on the way down…you should absolutely STEER CLEAR of intermittent fasting Nothing about fasting is muscle sparing NOTHING

Pleased to report that I now have zero issue pinning GHK-copper sub q. Stuff used to leave welts and bruises so I switched to IM for a few years. Accidentally pinned a bunch sub q the other day and nada. Was expecting the bruise but nope. All is good. 5mg ed now sub q.

I want you all to understand why this graphic is dead wrong. If you lean away from the rack you are actually REDUCING the tension on your delts at the BOTTOM of the movement. You want to lean toward the rack not away from the rack to increase tension at the bottom.

People coming from Tirz to Reta need to understand that the appetite suppression is not nearly as strong on Reta. It's estimated to be 20% that of Tirz. The deficit largely comes from increased BMR so in theory you're even eating the same amount but burning an extra 500-700kcal per day. If you expect Reta to be like Tirz + one Glucagon receptor you're going to be severely disappointed. It takes a real mindset switch for Tirz users to stop chasing this zero-appetite feeling and understand that fueling the metabolism with good food is part of sustained weight loss and muscle retention. Hunger isn't a problem in need of a solution, it's a solution to your problem.

Seated leg curls vs lying leg curls (lying ham video) To be honest I do both on different days/rotations. Seated will bias the lengthened range. Lying will bias the shortened range. Both can offer specific benefits depending on “feel” and the actual model/machine you have available. Leg day A = Seated leg curls Leg day B = Lying leg curls Leg day C = Single leg seated leg curls Trial them out for yourself. Take what fits…leave what doesn’t. Welcome to bodybuilding training.

@raptorffsc I usually assess based on visuals but it sounds to me like you’re definitely lean enough to bulk You shouldn’t trust the scan in the sense that you believe it to be 100% accurate But it is ballpark accurate…that is the point of the original post

@DeanTTraining I’ve had 3 in the last 9 months that have me between 11.3 and 9.1% BF but can’t seem to drop a pocket of fat on my lower stomach. Upper abs and obliques coming in but not lower. Should I just believe the scan, stop trying to cut and start a bulk or keep dying on this cut hill?

I don’t think BPC-157 injection site placement matters all that much. It’s a systemic peptide, and we simply don’t have the data to say that injecting closer to an injury does anything more than injecting somewhere else on the body. That said, if I’ve injured something, I still try to inject as close to the insult as possible. With an ankle for example, I’m going for the skin around the calf, or wherever I can get close without contorting myself into a pretzel. A clothespin works surprisingly well for this. Pinch the skin with it and inject without the weird maneuvering.
