@DeanTTraining He lost muscle doing it that way too

I want you all to understand why this graphic is dead wrong. If you lean away from the rack you are actually REDUCING the tension on your delts at the BOTTOM of the movement. You want to lean toward the rack not away from the rack to increase tension at the bottom.

And here’s another great hammer curl variation Keep your shoulder and elbow as still as possible I like to imagine I’m initiating the rep by flexing my bicep, and my hand is just along for the ride How do you know how high to come up? Once you feel the tension drop off at the top, you are good to go back down Lower under control, but no need to go excessively slow Try to be forceful on the way up (without losing control) but the set should be so difficult that your speed naturally slows down at the end Don’t move your head / neck, like I did 😅

Cutting to 10% body fat will change your identity

It's not as typical as it should be to have a top-notch product, personalized customer service, and speedy delivery. @barbarianfitco has all three. Thank you, my brother. I will cherish this shirt. And that letter... shows the character you bring to your product. God bless you And God bless America 🇺🇸
