@maainoosaka My best friend works for a small company that is not even required to give her unpaid leave. Many places only do 2 or 6 weeks unpaid, some less. I have a good job, with 2/3 of my leave paid, and I still paid $9,000 in hospital bills and lost $5,000 in income. It’s expensive!
