@RbACorp RbAcorp Andersen Renewal is the worst. The windows/doors are very good but the install and follow up for problems is absolutely the worst! !!I have been struggling with these people since January with no end in sight.I would NOT recommend using them 4 window replacement!

@RbACorp how does your company work? Do you have local affiliates? 2 door to salesmen came to my house in Newtown CT and gave me a “not taking no” hard-sell for 5mins, crying baby inside. Said no nicely 20 times, he one with a beard finally called me a “piece of shit” and left.

@RbACorp @Forbes Now we have another visit for window inspection, another day for scaffolding install, another installation day and post installation scaffolding demo. It is inconvenient and infuriating. More windows needed but at this rate the entire delivery next time will be crap.

About weekly I get physical spam mail from @RbACorp ...often in the form of letters somewhat deceptively designed to appear hand addressed or with fake handwritten notes or letters inside. It's gross and frankly makes me never want to buy @AndersenWindows

BTW @RbACorp not feasible to slam door at 5AM, but that is what this door needs to have done to have lock engage.

@RbACorp time to vent. Installed Oct 2023. Gave feedback to Philly office about bottom of ~.25 inch side to side. Level has it leaning slightly out. Was told we will come out on Tues to fix kick plate. Told them not kick plate. This is what it does in winter. ANNOYING!!

@RbACorp continues to be the worst company. Multiple delays, installing doors the wrong way, forgetting multiple doors that I bought. It will be coming on close to a year before my order is complete. If you are a door and window installation company, does it take you this long?
