Do you know “WeWork”, office space leasing company and which filed bankruptcy as well though… looks like same… these things will be disaster… One need to have startup ecosystem for this kind of projects… where companies does not need to spend money on infrastructure.. if it works its well and good and if not, just vacate and leave… Where the hell is this startup ecosystem in vizag?

AP should focus on manufacturing not on IT… most of the IT companies will not come to AP (may be they operate satellite offices)… IT layoffs are going to happen every now and then and mass hiring not going to happen like earlier… Opportunity was there from 2014… but our politicians royally messed up….

HSR is not going to happen.. they can just enhance the existing network…unless railways start charging 30 to 40% more to fund these projects…. see the bullet train cost overruns and it’s going to be huge burden… Indian population is biggest negative for India’s growth…. on top of all, only < 10% pays taxes….
