A few weeks ago, a handle on Twitter (now X) by the name @BafanaSurprise made and published various unlawful, defamatory and false allegations against me. I immediately instructed @RCAttorneys to launch urgent proceedings against Bafana Suprise Mathebula to protect my rights and reputation. Today, the High Court granted an order in my favour as set out below. I would like to thank @rcandy16 John Makate and my friend and brother Adv Mfesane Ka-Siboto for handling this one for me. We don’t have to like each other, especially on social media platforms, however, when posts cross the line and impact on one’s dignity and reputation, the law must apply without fear or favour. Definitely seeing this one till the end!
