Seems like delays are the new norm for @SouthwestAir @FlySJC
Also, I know the size of the overhead bins hasn’t changed but ever since your boarding process changed it’s a literal nightmare for everyone on board. What are you doing to address that?

@SouthwestAir why does it take up to 30 days to respond the an issue that was submitted through your website??
I was told my issue was raised to another team due to its nature and that was on October 19, 2023… I have yet to receive any other communication.
