@vrbo I have already spoken to you earlier about the issue and why refund should be done. However, you decided to direct me to the same customer support who accepted mistake but was unfair on this issue and decided to offer $250 only for a refund amount of much higher value.

@vrbo Be careful when booking with Vrbo. If anything goes wrong or you face any security related issue, getting full refund is not possible. They do not really honor Vrbo care guarantee. I am currently in pursuit of a refund for a rental I booked and have sent them legal notice.

@vrbo Anyone else experiencing issues with refund? If enough folks, we can make it into a class action lawsuit or fraud and sue for damages for much more than the refund that they have denied. Should not be allowed to do business.

@vrbo During my check in host moved me to a non listed Vrbo property without Vrbo consent. The property was unsafe and had nauseating smell. Called Vrbo support for help, got told to check out so I did. I should be refunded. But Vrbo support denied. INHUMANE!!!

@vrbo No point booking these if there is no peace of mind booking with @vrbo. Vrbo care is just a gimmick since customer support does not honor it. The platform allows shady hosts to take bookings and then fails to refund money stating host denied refund. Feels like m done with Vrbo.

@ChaseSupport @Chase Am a Chase Sapphire Reserve customer for couple years and am really disappointed with the way Chase travel has handled my flight cancellation refunds. Spoken to 10+ agents for 10+ hours over 3 months now, provided all documents but with no refund in sight.

@PMOIndia @narendramodi I applaud the efforts of all gov initiatives during these times. But I don’t get why you let some gov agencies like @airindiain torment lacks of Indians by not refunding their money up to a year later. @HardeepSPuri is unable to answer this since a year. Can you?
