He was struck off for multiple charges of gross misconduct, namely harassment of colleagues, and dishonesty. Thought you would like to know

Hunger and cravings are not the same thing. Hunger = hormonal (ghrelin/leptin). Peaks days 1–3 of a fast, then drops once you're fat-adapted. Cravings = psychological. They hit when you're bored, not when you're hungry. So, keep your mind busy to minimize cravings 😊

@Olivia_LaGrange Abstaining is not the same as voting for the ANC. Voting for the ANC is voting for the ANC. Not voting means no party gets that vote.

We should never stop the majority from voting, even if that was the only way of breaking the system. Abstaining is the same as giving a vote to THE ANC Essencially all that our vote is good for is for your WARD or city/town to get service delivery from the handful of superstar cllrs you think can do the job.
