Re: SVB crisis. Solid tactical list for CEOs and finance teams impacted. Additional items:
1. Consider factoring receivables
2. Consider asking customers to prepay for a discount
3. Put dates on key decision points
4. Confirm the date payroll is pulled (not paid to EEs)

@Jason IMO, Until contagion risk is understood, I would move funds now and beg for forgiveness. Second step is to formalize appropriately in the near term.

1. Freeze outgoing payments, let vendors know you need 60 days

@LauraLenz 100% agree. I believe the power of IRL conversations in casual environments applies to all key relationships. Between leadership team members, CEO/CFO etc… We can be efficient over zoom, but more effective mixed with IRL…

Learned more about a founder yesterday over drinks than I did during diligence over Zoom. So important for founder/partner fit. Nothing like IRL conversations!
