@kenashley The building we are leaving doesn’t have one; the one we are moving to just shut it’s down. They might be going the way of the pay phone and taxi cab, given @DoorDash @UberEats @Grubhub et al combined with shrinking office buildings populations that at best have tepid census’ W-F

One of the biggest issues we are facing in getting office deals done today is... Food. Can mid sized office buildings commit to keeping quality cafes open, or not? Gotta feed the troops...

It's our 47-year anniversary today and we're officially in our new office space! We celebrated our first day at 255 State Street with a delicious breakfast in our beautiful new café. We are energized by the opportunity to bring our team and clients into a space that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed. Moving is never an easy task, and this move involved packing, purging and organizing 43 years’ worth of work and memories. We are not surprised by the efforts of everyone at Davis Malm, including our incredible staff who all pulled together – in true Davis Malm team fashion – to make all of this happen. Special shout out to Keith Buohl, our incredible Executive Director, who led this effort tirelessly…and with a lot of patience.
