The main question is: “what’s the true “absorption” resulting from this move.” Don’t get me wrong, I’m rooting for it to be positive 📰 for the market.

@RedDomeRealty @BostonGlobe I was told by the company that there will be a net increase of 20-25K in square footage. However, there's room in the tower for another 300 jobs. They keep their D Street offices for now. But maybe they eventually relocate, too?
