@strassa2 It’s similar to retail ppl sticking with one sportsbook to bet instead of line shopping or even having the awareness they are getting ripped off by hold%, price, etc. CB just feels like first mover adv and positioned to benefit from positive news in a news driven market.

@strassa2 Retail doesn’t care about maximizing EV or getting ripped off and CB knows this. Mobile is the easiest/fastest way to buy Crypto. Retail values the ease of mobile buying and are not price sensitive when it comes to evaluating fees. Ppl will buy on CB bc it’s where they always buy

Coinbase makes most of their $ by ripping off retail-- remind me why an ETF helps them? Custodial fees are deminimus compared to the 1-2% they make when people buy bitcoin on their retail platform. I don't think the ETF changes much, but it certainly doesn't help Coinbase...

Nobody cares but... I made the CryptoCobain account when I was like 22, crypto was drug money, every coin was a pump + dump and the community was like 100 people stealing money from each other in a circle. Was just way to separate crypto from my life, have a dedicated feed, etc.
