@virginmedia there is an outage and you're impossible to reach or willing to help, you claim that your lines are open until 8 PM but when calling it says that your lines are now closed.
Misleading and poor service
@virginmedia tried number of occasions today to speak to someone about my internet and TV package which seems to just keep doubling in price and now I am not happy that I am not able to access any form of renewal deal otherwise I think my time is up with VM
@virginmedia Maybe my previous message is not clear. I want to speak to someone in the UK. I want that person to work in retentions. Not ask me questions and say they will transfer me to retentions.

@virginmedia my Internet has been intermittent for 7 days now. Your app confirms the same. Are you aware of issues in TS7 and how / when are you going to rectify this ? I can confirm payment on my account is up to date, this is the 1st thing the app checks.
@virginmedia so still no tele/ internet or car charging since Wednesday! Still waiting for someone to come out to fix the wire! This is beyond a joke now! What are u gonna do about it??
@GRFLew@virginmedia Part of their job requirements is the ability to totally ignore every word you’ve said and have the ability to place you on hold for 15 minutes, Willy nilly.
So I have to then spend another wasted 60+ minutes on the phone with @virginmedia having a fruitless conversation where the person cannot understand me or assist at all. Finally finish and have no clue what will happen next… other than it won’t be what I expect. Useless.
@virginmedia it's absolutely criminal that to keep exactly the same package as I have now, I will have to pay 29% more. How can you justify that sort of uplift?

@virginmedia hi I’m unable to record anything open apps like I player and itv x and pause live tv I’ve checked the equipment using the app and it says everything is ok I have a 360 box. What else can I do myself ?
@virginmedia we’ve been without any service since Monday. It’s now Friday and the fix time has been pushed back yet again. How long are we expected to put up with this?

I’m just about to cancel my contract, I have waited 8 months for someone to come and move a wire because of an extension we are having built and u waited in yesterday morning for them to turn up to a confirmed appointment and yep u guessed it no one showed up bunch of nobs
