@UbisoftSupport The game upon closing all it does it sync the achievements Valhalla and other games actually show that and also syncing saves, I reported this issue as a bug 2 weeks ago but it's still pending, there's multiple posts on steam and reddit with people having the same issue

@renicklopez Please ensure that Ubisoft account is active. Please try this workaround: Quit the game and keep the launcher open to upload saves. No progress bar will be shown. Verify sync, not all saves may sync. Check for a backup save if needed. Repeat for both PC and Steam Deck.

hey @UbisoftSupport is cloudsave not working on some accounts for assassins creed shadows? fresh install on steamdeck and pc not syncing

@UbisoftSupport I know that I didn't buy the game twice so it's only 1 account There's multiple reports on people having issues with them only on shadows, I have the cloud save option enabled on the client and only this game won't cloud sync (Valhalla and others cloud sync fine)
