Had 50% of my pay deducted in Jun-Jul. My workload is 125% (c 450 unpaid hrs) & I lose 80hrs of annual leave I can never take. Year-on-year. So, I work for free a lot & yet am docked for participating in action short of strike. The system is broken and so am I #settlethedispute

Oracy hmmm #oracy...It so happens my dad (Prof Harold Rosen) and his colleagues at the University of London Institute of Education in the 1960s/70s/80s were banging on about this then. They wrote books about it. @IOE_London
