@epicjapa2 @pator_x SMT 4 is NOT new player friendly 💀 sure it *gets* easy later... But you have to go through one of the most grueling and difficult opening 10 hours in any megaten game first 😭 5V or yes even 3 are much better starting places. But as usual the persona into SMT pipeline is good

@aeterponis One trick I learned recently is you can make custom icons for different types of ScriptableObjects! Just make a Gizmos folder and put an image file named "(SO Script file name) Icon" and it replaces it

Okay so ngl this is kinda bad i think. So when i'm making a game i always make things modular and for that reason i use ScriptableObjects in unity too much it kinda makes things go easy but i have literally hunderds of scriptable objects right now i think it's getting messier by every day at least for my eye #unity3d #gamedev

Huh????? That's crazy. A lot of Turn-Based RPG enthusiasts I've met who have ADHD tend to like those games because you can stop and go at any time. You aren't punished if you lose interest or get distracted.

Listened and read dozens of reviews for the Galaxy movie. - Beautiful looking film with great music (no licensed music really) - Some really great choreographed fight scenes. - Littered wall to wall with big and small easter eggs, mostly pointless ones just there to be there. - Yoshi and Rosalina have small roles, in fact Rosalina is hardly in the movie, fox has more time than her. - Fox is an incredible stand out in the film and at times can feel like it's HIS movie, Star fox fans will be eating good! - Doesn't really feel like a Galaxy movie, mostly a mash up of other games. - Really no plot here at all (Jiggling keys strikes again) - Super fast paced and crowded. - Movie is mostly for kids and die hard fans only.

Chrono Trigger's story escalation is really quite wonderful. Starts with a boy just going to a fair. Then has to save a girl. Oh she's a princess. Oh now we're in prison. Now we're in the distant apocalyptic future. Now we're fighting the legendary villain of the past. Now we find out that we don't really understand history at all and the rot goes much MUCH deeper. It's lovely romp of a tale with quite a few surprises. So much to love.

I finished Chrono Trigger for the first time this evening! I found the narrative and character depth to start out on the weaker side, but things really picked up around the middle. By the end, I was thoroughly invested and tempted to dive right back in. Longer review to follow!

@Programancer I played that version fully through and I kind of regret not just playing the SNES version 😭 still loved the game but the UI issues really bothered me as well as the remaining instances of blurry sprites

Bought the Chrono Trigger steam port (again, after refunding it last time) and man it is still just the worst thing imaginable lol It's probably the best game in the world and it really deserved at least a *little* effort on the porting side of things.

@467Doggo Mother 3 is one of my favorite games of all time and I've played the incredible fan translation, but I still want it to be released in an official capacity. A lot of people are just not going to jump through the hoops to play it

Cold take here but if you still want nintendo to localize mother 3 you are just a dumbass, the game has been translated by fans to mutiple languages and runs on a emulator in your phone just fine, if nintendo localized it they would chop it and charge 60 bucks
