@rewaszs @ecomtalent Depends on the editing style more than anything I would say $900 is somewhat reasonable considering the editor will be cheffing that up for a week or two most likely 50 mins VSL is diabolical tho hahahah

22,000 FUCKING active ads. Right now. And people still tell me long-form VSLs are dead. This memory offer is running 22,000+ ads on Facebook. Twenty-two thousand. Remember that 1-50-1 method I talked about a while ago? Yeah. Still works. And before you ask... Some are native-looking statics. Some are hidden videos disguised as images. Most are almost impossible to spot unless you go through them all. Same offer. Thousands of variations. 22,000 ads. One offer. You do the math. I'll drop the Ads Library link below 👇

If you're a video editor, you're sitting on a goldmine right now. But most editors waste years editing for the wrong niche and wrong clients. Youtubers, coaches, or agency owners. It’s saturated and teaches you nothing about business. The smartest thing you can do. Go work for ecom brands. Learn how to edit ads that actually make people buy. Learn creative strategy, UGC scriptwriting, VSL scriptwriting, and direct response. These skills separate average editors from ones who print money for their clients. Oh, and learn how to make AI videos while you're at it. Because that's where everything is heading. Once you've got all of that. Launch your own AI video production agency. Now, you're not just an editor. You're someone who understands what converts, knows how to script it, produces it, and delivers it at scale. High production AI video ads: $10,000-$20,000 per video + creative strategy AI UGC ads: $5000 for 30 ai ugc video ads + scripting, researching, and creative strategy. AI VSL ads: $3000-$5000 per vsl video + creative strategy. And you can back every penny of it up with real experience. That's when clients stop negotiating your rates. Most editors skip this and wonder why they're stuck charging $50 a video. Don't be that person. Work with ecom brands first. Learn everything. Then build your agency. Do it in order. Trust the process. You can easily hit 50k a month if you stick at this for 2 years.

Woke up to 1k subscribers on the new brand (should close the month at ~$100k MRR). We went from 100 subscribers to 1k in approximately 20 days whilst breaking even (we actually made decent profits on a 30-day time scale but we had to place a big stock order for the next few months & profits are not the same as cashflow). Anyway, how did we build subscribers so fast for a new brand? The secret is PRODUCT EDUCATION. Our winning ad was a mini VSL that I wrote which is 8 minutes & 42 seconds long - however, it doesn’t even mention the product until 5 minutes into the video. It took me 1 hour to write the first draft, then another 2 hours the next day to polish it up. It’s a fking banger. It’s so good that one of my friends that owns an agency posted a breakdown of it on YouTube - without realizing it was my brand - until I told him to delete that shit real quick. Anyway, once someone clicks the ad - they’re directed to a 1500+ word listicle that I’ve spent the last 60 days writing & optimizing. Which is also a banger. Then, once they have gone through that whole process - guess what - they are way more likely to not only buy - but also SUBSCRIBE. It’s really quite simple when you strip it down to the fundamentals. Emotion > logic > purchase. GOOD LUCK & HAPPY SCALING.

New brand is currently at $6k days. We've scaled 10x in the past 4 days lol. We were chilling at around $600/d because we were very low on stock (gay) - but our new batch just landed so we're pushing. Here's the current stats: - $4k/d in meta spend - 1.5 new customer ROAS - $2.5k/d in MRR compounding daily - 100+ new ads injected weekly - Ai producing 90% of output (fkin crazy) We’ll probably push this past $10k daily spend next month (once even more stock arrives). Honestly, it's a different kind of pain coming from the drop-shipping world to building a fully custom brand (without Chinese fulfillment). We'd have this thing 10x bigger right now if we didn't have to worry about stock. Probably just going to yolo it & place a massive order next week so we don't have to think about it ever again. I’m sure it will all be worth it when we exit one day, Inshallah….

$400k a month. Only in Israel. One of our clients in ESS. Even small markets can make you rich in Ecom. WTF you waiting for?

A brand called Kyno is scaling hard in a market nobody in the ecom space ever talks about. Israel. 9.5 million people. Tiny country. But the numbers tell a completely different story. Israel's ecom market generated $9.5 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach nearly $13 billion by 2029, growing at 10%+ annually. Among the highest disposable incomes in the Middle East. 79% of the population aged 15+ owns a credit card. Supplement consumption per capita that rivals the US. The AOVs are insane. Brands selling $80-$120 products are seeing conversion rates that match or beat the US — in a market with a fraction of the ad competition. Meta CPMs in Israel run $4-8 depending on niche. Not as cheap as Southeast Asia. But the AOVs more than compensate. Here's what makes Israel unique: the population is small, but the purchasing power per person is massive. You're not going for volume. You're going for margin. A $120 AOV product with a $22 CAC in a market with almost zero Western DTC competition. Setup is relatively straightforward. Hebrew translation (or English works for a large portion of the population), local payment integration, and fulfillment through a regional partner. Total launch cost: $2,500-$4,000. Israel is the next UAE for ecom entrepreneurs looking for high-AOV international markets with low competition. Small market. Fat margins. Almost nobody there yet. If you're Israeli or have Israeli friends — might be a great market to tap into.
