Just listened to Pierre’s interview with Joe Rogan. Anyone raging about this interview a) clearly didn’t listen to this friendly conversation of Jujitsu and love for Canadian cities and b) has also never listened to Joe Rogan in general.
And unfortunately this seems to sum up most left leaning Canadians. Extremely strong emotional reactions to things that they actually don’t know much about.

@EricRStPierre @IBCHUCK @PierrePoilievre Cultures are just stories. Anyone coming here, regardless of the stories they grew up with, can adopt Canadian stories as well. There are no incompatible cultures or people that downright refuse to integrate.

By accepting the policy of multiculturalism. The Conservatives are directly supporting the active and further Balkanization of Canada.
Compatible cultures immigrating here can add tremendous value when integrated into a strong melting pot.
Unfortunately the Conservative vision is much the same as the Liberals, that being Canada as cultural and fragile mosaic.

Multiculturalism wasn't policy until the late 60s.
Prior to that Canada was a strong melting pot of two distinct Canadian cultures, the English and the French.
Many immigrants were from compatible Christian cultures back in the day.
Today, we bring hordes of folks from incompatible cultures that has turned Canada into a fragile mosaic.
