The retained amount yet not released after a month of witholding it. No communication from @AvisFrance since 5 working days. The car was driven back & returned to parking so clearly no major issue exists Ticket no: 6271797825 @Avis please look into it urgently & release the amt.

@Avis @andene13 Again, pointing fingers and saying their clients need to accept the fact that they will not answer your questions and keep your money. No one at @Avis is willing to review an employees’ misconduct and accepting that the client might actually have a point. #silenceisdeafening

@avis is blatantly refusing to provide proof and feedback. The best part is how every consultant points a finger to different areas/people/branches and NO ONE can actually assist. We have been running around for 3 months now without success. I wish the company goes bust.

This on top of a previous query where we have been charged 380euros for apparent damage which we have not caused. Trying to get relevant feedback and proof of damage is impossible and the only feedback we receive is that “the charges will remain”. 2/3
