@andene13 Thank you for the information. We do find that you were advised by our International Customer Service department that the country is upholding the charges. We are unable to dispute the charges again. You may wish to dispute the charge with your credit card company. ~RG

@avis is blatantly refusing to provide proof and feedback. The best part is how every consultant points a finger to different areas/people/branches and NO ONE can actually assist. We have been running around for 3 months now without success. I wish the company goes bust.
This on top of a previous query where we have been charged 380euros for apparent damage which we have not caused. Trying to get relevant feedback and proof of damage is impossible and the only feedback we receive is that “the charges will remain”. 2/3
