Recently, we saw transport deptt taking action on private car owners. See news, thehindu.com/news/cities/ba… and this news on 4-Sep-18 deccanchronicle.com/nation/current… . Such news do not help if we wish to reduce pollution. I tried to meet transport commissioner but not successful so far.
