@greateranglia Thanks for confirming, family member will get off at Cambridge and be met there. Am I right that Platform 1 is the "long" platform next to the main exit at Cambridge. Assume she can ask station staff for assistance if needed (no wheelchair involved).

@richboyland Hi Richard, Yes the lifts are out of order, Apologies for this. They will be able to alert station staff who will be able to help with onward travel, or by using help points at the station. - Nikki
